The house has a private and direct access (via a gate in the garden) to the beautiful outdoor pool, which is heated in winter.
Although it is simply furnished, it is very comfortable, functional and elegant. Fully equipped, it also has a jacuzzi, sauna, a small garden and two wonderful terraces with sea views.
The beach 2 minutes by car. Despite this unique geographical location in terms of tranquility and relaxation, it is only 15 minutes by car from Puerto de la Cruz, an important tourist enclave in the north of the island, and from La Orotava, one of the most interesting historic cities of the island, where you can find excellent shops and all types and categories of restaurants and cafes.
Impressive location on top of a small cliff where it stands as an unbeatable balcony over the endless spectacular changes of day and night in the Atlantic Ocean. Located on the north coast of Tenerife, forming part of a small private urbanization of only 12 homes, it is surrounded by banana trees, has exceptional views and has very easy access to the path that leads to the protected natural area of La Rambla Castro.
